What's included in a standard turnover clean? +
Full clean of all rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas — plus linen swap, bed reset, trash removal, and restocking of guest essentials (toiletries, paper products). We follow a detailed checklist every single time.
Can you handle multiple properties in my portfolio? +
Absolutely — that's exactly what we're built for. Whether you have 2 units or 20, we can set up a recurring schedule, coordinate with your property management software, and keep everything running smoothly.
Can you sync with my Airbnb or VRBO calendar? +
Yes — we can coordinate directly with your booking calendar so turnovers are automatically scheduled between checkouts and check-ins. We'll work out the logistics with you when you onboard.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment? +
Yes. We bring all professional cleaning products and tools. If you have preferred products or brand requirements for a corporate contract, we're happy to accommodate.
Are you insured? +
Yes — ClearTurn LV carries full general liability insurance. You can request a certificate of insurance at any time.
What areas do you service? +
We service Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, and greater Clark County. Not sure if you're in our range? Reach out and we'll confirm.
Do I need to be present during the clean? +
Not at all. Most of our clients provide a key code or lockbox access. We'll handle everything and notify you when we're done.
Scheduling
Do you work on weekends and holidays? +
Yes — we're available 7 days a week, including weekends. We know that STR checkout doesn't follow a Monday–Friday schedule, so neither do we.
How much notice do you need to book? +
For recurring clients, we work off your standing schedule. For new or one-time bookings, 24–48 hours notice is ideal — though we do our best to accommodate same-day requests when availability allows.
What's your cancellation policy? +
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee depending on the scope of the job.

What if I'm not satisfied with a clean? +
We stand behind every job with the ClearTurn Guarantee. If something isn't right, let us know within 24 hours and we'll come back and make it right — at no additional charge.
Do you do a walkthrough or inspection after cleaning? +
Yes — our team does a final walkthrough before leaving every property. For STR clients, we can also send inspection photos so you have a record of the property's condition after each turnover.

How do I get a corporate contract quote? +
Reach out via the quote form or call us directly. We'll schedule a walkthrough of your facility, understand your scope and frequency needs, and put together a custom proposal — typically within 48 hours.
Do you offer after-hours commercial cleaning? +
Yes — we can schedule commercial cleans outside of business hours so your operations aren't disrupted. Just let us know your preferred window when you request a quote.
Can you handle multiple locations for a property management company? +
Absolutely. We work with property managers across Clark County and can set up consolidated scheduling, invoicing, and reporting for multi-location accounts.
